Down the grass hill in Centennial Park from the Paddington gates.
Reps were 1:18, 1:16, 1:16. 1:15, 1:16, 1:17, 1:18, 1:15.
All done with about double the recovery back up the grass hill. Did a 1k warmup and a 1k cool down.
