Not much training for this one after I had the problem with my shin in September.
Splits were:
10k 50:15
20k 1:37:56(47:41)
30k 2:25:12
40k 3:12:18
42.2k 3:22:08
At least I got through it without a DNF. Spent part of the afternoon at the Transport Bar hydrating. Very nice.
