Couldn't run on the morning so had to cop the heat 27 degrees in the afternoon. Sunburn on the arms was not fun in the shower afterwards.
Ran Timmy's 10k loop 3 three times with a bit extra to finish.
Total was 33.1ks in 2:41:22. Average pace of 4:52 per klm.
