Somehow by the Tuesday after my last long run on August 17th my back on the right decided it didn't want to ben properly. So the last 4 weeks as been 'spent' having physio 2 days a week along with all the exercises they make you do. Couldn't run at all due to the pain being low down near my hip and the spasms I was getting through to my legs. Not fun.
Think I've put on 5kgs of lard. Today was an afternoon in Centennial Park. Saw easy tiger as well during the run.
Total was 14ks in 69:23. Average pace of 4:57. Think I lost some fitness.
