As I said not enough time this morning. So did another run in the afternoon as I need my k's up for Six Foot Track and Paris.
So did 2 laps of Centennial Park and part of Moore Park on the grass. Helped that the trees provide great cover from the sun.
Total was 16.2ks in 1:24:33. Average pace of 5:13/k.
