Not far from work to this park. In the old sand hills and swamps of botany bay near the airport.
Did a couple of laps on the grass, scrub and paths of the park.
Total was 11.1ks in 51:28. Average pace of 4:38 per klm.
Even in the wind it felt faster than during the week which is good.
