Not a nice start to the run this morning 21 degrees and 86% humidity made all the hills in the first 15k feel worse.
Small group including Shaun A, Tim A, Alan and the other 3 I don't know.
Started at Queens Park and we did half a lap of Centennial Park including the only hill of course. Then out and past the start at Queens Park to go up a nice hill to Bronte, then it was a tour of the glamour beaches. Including Tamarama, Clovelly, Gordons Bay, Coogee and Maroubra before Shaun and I decided we had enough of the rotten stairs. Must be about 400 up and down in this run.
From there we ran across to east gardens, and back through Pagewood, Daceyville and Kensington to the finish at Queens Park. Shaun was moving a bit slow after doing two laps of Quarry Rd yesterday. But I was just slow.
After we finished with the temp by now 27 degrees the southerly comes through about 9:15. Bloody typical. Total was 25.9ks in 2:12:00. Average pace of 5:05 per klm. Should be faster next week with the pretty short and flat Christmas STaR at Lilyfield.

Nice run Paul. 5:05 pace with a heap of stairs is good running.
