Have not run a Striders STaR since the Christmas on last year. Too much on half the time to get to one.
Drummoyne start and through Balmain and Lilyfield, missed the Canterbury section to run back through Ashfield to the start.
Total was 23.1ks in 1:55:10. Average pace of 4:59 per klm. Six Foot next week may not be flash.
