Ran from home along Manly beach front, up past Queenscliff Lagoon and then two loops around Manly Golf Course and back home again.
Nice night for running, hardly any wind and the stars were out.
Total was 15.1ks in 1:07:06. Average pace of 4:26 per klm. Course is pretty flat.

That's fast Paul. Sadly I seriously doubt I could run 4:26s for 2k right now.
