Plenty to chase at the track tonight. Would have been about 60 out running laps.
Reps were 3:13, 3:16, 3:19, 3:16, 3:15, 3:16. All done with a 200m walk recovery.
After that I did a 400m rep in 1:12.
Did a 2k warmup and a 2k cool down.
