Plenty out running tonight and a lot doing reps of the hill as well made for some tricky overtaking manouveres.
Ran from the traffic light at the bottom of the hill until the 1.25k marker just when the hill flattens out so was 400m per rep for me. Still hard work with a recovery back down.
Total distance was 6.4ks in 29:44. Average pace of 4:38 per klm. Quite happy with that.

Good hill for that sort of thing. Yes, most of the time I run the 'correct' direction but have done a few laps the wrong way to see what it's like.
