Hands felt a bit cold tonight. Only 10 degrees and a bit windy. Plenty of people doing laps and the soccer heads belting the ball out onto the track as well.
Reps were 3:21, 3:17, 3:20, 3:22, 3:19. All done with a 90 sec walk recovery.
Did a 2.5k warmup and 2.5k cool down. The 2nd rep is the quickest I have done a 1k rep in. Getting there.

They're good times Paul. You should try a winter series track 3 or 5k. Looks like you'd go sub-18 on the 5 and PB the 3. Maybe try some faster full recovery 1000s too - say 3 x 1k in 3:12-14ish with 5-6 minute recoveries.
