Not a lot to write home about with this run. Other than when I woke up both groin muscles were really sore. Did a stretch and warmup before the race but that didn't help anyway.
Since I was out there and had already paid I ran the race. At least I finished 3rd and gave 2nd a run for his money until half way.

Not bad Paul (I'd be over the moon with that time), but I'm starting to think ES Marks must be short. 72 sec 400s and you're running 96 sec ones in a 5k?
