Not a good time to run. 26 degrees still at 7:30pm and 72% humidity. No wonder I felt stuffed.
It was along Manly Ocean front to longer Queenscliff and back. Total was 10.05ks in 40:53. Average pace of 4:04 per klm. Almost correct.
