Around Centennial Park dodging angry birds and low flying bats as I ran. Ran a bit on the grass tonight. Nice and cool and no rain. All good!
Total was 8.7ks in 39:47. Average pace of 4:34 per klm.
I felt fatter and slower. Funny how these things turnout.

It's been cool down here too. I can't see any heat-wave problems for the Canberra Marathon.
It's the birds on the ground that are most distracting Flakey.
Yep, I reckon I would be very happy with a 3:22 in Canberra, even if Toasty was home and showered by the time I finished.
