Ran along Manly beach front tonight. Quite windy as well.
Total was 10ks in 46:52. Average pace of 4:41 per klm.

Only 10ks? I thought the marathon was next weekend, not this one!
I'd be busting a gut to hold that pace. Warm here today - must be 12 degrees - hope it doesn't warm up too much for Sunday week.
I like a 3 week taper Ewen. And I need to get over some problems with my hip as well.
