Very windy tonight with the Nor' Easter blowing.
Set off from work straight into it running up to Centennial Park. Did a lap around the outside via Moore Park Rd and Anzac Pde plus a run around a streets nearby as well and then back to work.
All up 15.15ks in 1:12:25. Average pace of 4:46 per klm. Felt slower than last week.
Quads still hurt from the Quarry Rd bashing chasing the Daves!
