A late afternoon flight meant not much time for a run today at all. Ran along Manly beach up to Freshwater and back through Balgowlah and North Head to home.
Lots of people along the beach wandering like sheep.
Total was 21.3ks in 1:38:25. Average pace of 4:37 per klm.
