Bike 10ks

Into the gym for a session on the exercise bike.

Set the bike on the Random Hills setting.

Got through 10.35ks in the 22 minutes. Average heart rate of 147 with a max of 173.

Legs felt ok but I think I need padding on my shorts. Argh!

Not many in the gym tonight. Maybe Thursday night keeps them away.

I reckon I need to strap a pillow to my butt when I am on the bike... killer!!! Good session :-)

Me too. I have no idea how these people ride for hours and hours. I spun last night and ended up with a numb bum !

My gym is quiet on Thursdays too. Must be the night that only the truly dedicated people are allowed in ;-)

Good to see you're still on the bike and in the water, and keeping fit.

Just looking at your pbs you'll nail the C2S, 5km and 10km (probably not in that order) when you're back on track.

One question I had was where do I find the (hill) ratings for the various striders STARs. I couldn't see them on the website.
