Ankle is still swollen but the bruise is now coming out, Should be nice when it fully appears.
Just taking it one day at a time and trying to hold myself back from being stupid and running on it when it is swollen. Rice, Rice........
I'm still doing the Striders Equaliser this Sunday morning so I won't be missing that.

Keep the big picture in mind Flakey. And from what I hear, the climb up to Pluvio is big ;-)
I had the same ankle problem this time last year. You'll be fine a couple of days off running and take little care on Sunday.
Wots with all the rice - you getting married ;-)
Look after it mate.
What they all said :-)
You'll have to post a photo of the bruise. Its gonna have to be a good one though to come anywhere close to CJ's pics.
I know you wouldn't do anything stupid - it can't be too bad.
You could walk those Equaliser speedbumps as practise for Pluvi ;)
Just get out there and HAMMER that ankle. Be an ultra guy and live by the motto "NO GUTS NO GLORY". Just remember, you're a bloke and blokes excrete tostesterone. You can run for miles on it, especially when there's no blood getting to the ankle. On account of all the swelling. If it hurts too much swallow heaps of NSAIDS but no food or water then you'll have a stuffed stomach, kidneys and ankle.
To quote someone on the Titanic ... "more ice please".
You must take some pic's of the bruise and post them :-).
