In the eye of the storm 19ks

Storms all around Randwick this afternoon but none fell on me at all. After being a slack bugger this morning and sleeping in I had to run late in the afternoon.
It was still 25 degrees and 50% humidity when I started at 5:30 and remained that way for the duration.

Ran around a few of streets in randwick and then ran around the outside of Centennial Park, plus SFS, SCG and Fox Studios. On the way back I did a lap around the inside running track of Centennial Park.

Total was 19ks in 1:32.24. Average pace of 4:51 per klm.

Good run - you're down to my half mary race pace already.

Oh my God he's back! Yo Paulini !

Ya' can't have runnin' without the Flake like ya' can't have summer without the blow-flies.

Have you chosen a new injury yet or will you just wait and see what 2009 dishes up?

Will you enter more than 3 races in the next calendar year?

Will this blog finally get interesting or will we turn to the thrill of re-organising our sock-drawers?

Stand by for the answer to these and other fascinating questions excusively on this blog.

Come on Flake get serious. Running and you is like matches and a gas leak, so give The Flamingo its legs back and choose something else.

If you want to be in sport be a javelin.

All the best,
Blue Dog's Mum.
