Along Manly beachfront tonight. Still felt as warm as last night. Not as many people out running as last night either.
Total was 12ks in 55:24. Average pace of 4:37 per klm.
If only I could run a Marathon as fast as Geoff Moore. Well I would get a lower bib number at Canberra if I did. Not likely from me.
