Humid, overcast with spots of rain falling. And it was windy as well.
Did a 2k warmup before starting and a 2k cooldown after finishing.
Reps were 3:32, 3:32, 3:36, 3:34, 3:33. All done with a 90 sec jog recovery.
Didn't feel very fast at all and was a real struggle to keep the pace.

Not a bad session Flake. If you're racing Saturday, might be worth not doing another speed session prior to then if that was the problem with the 800.
