Very windy when I started my reps. A 10 knot afternoon sea breeze blowing with no humidity.
Did a 1.5k warmup and then started my reps.
3:46; 3:48; 3:47; 3:54; 3:51; 3:53.
Did a 90 second walk recovery between each rep.
Finished off with a 1.5k warm down.
These should get faster the closer I get to Canberra Marathon
