Very windy when I started my reps. A 10 knot afternoon sea breeze blowing with no humidity.
Did a 1.5k warmup and then started my reps.
3:46; 3:48; 3:47; 3:54; 3:51; 3:53.
Did a 90 second walk recovery between each rep.
Finished off with a 1.5k warm down.
These should get faster the closer I get to Canberra Marathon

A good solid session Superflake. Remember, you've done all the hard work and now is the time to stay in one piece. Stay strong and healthy so you can ride Pat's train in Canberra.
