Not that I'm bothering the scorer at even running 4 min ks at the moment. Pretty humid tonight. I ran around Centennial Park, Moore Park, SFS, SCG and Fox Studios and back home.
Total was 11.8ks in 57:43. Average pace of 4:53 per k. Must have been a bit slack running tonight.
