Ran from work up to Centennial Park and did a couple of laps around the circuit inside the park. Then back to work again. A bit humid and windy again.
Total was 15.4ks in 1:14:01. Average pace of 4:48 per klm.

Can beat you for humidity... 99% at Stromlo this morning when the men ran their 12k, but 'only' 16 degrees.
