Ewen, you just have to run faster!
Ran around Centennial Park, Moore Park, SFS,SCG,FOX and the horse yards and back home. Pretty humid after the rain and cloud lifted, and heaps of water on the ground.
Total was 13.5ks in 1:05.03. Average pace 4:49 per klm. I thought I ran slower yesterday.

Mate, there'll come a time (hopefully for you, later than age-50), when "running faster" only gives you 4:30 ks, no matter how hard you try.
