A warm 27 degrees when I started tonight and still 24 when I finished. Ran from work up to Centennial Park and did a couple of laps around the outside of the park and back to work again.
Total was 20.54ks in 1:39:37. Average pace of 4:50 per klm. Legs felt sore from the run last night.
