Not raining for once but a nice 30k southerly blowing tonight. So I had a tail wind out and a headwind back.
Ran from Fairy Bower up to the end of Queenscliff Lagoon and back.
Total was 8.2ks in 39:23. Average pace of 4:48 per klm.
