Due to a few pressures at work since Thursday I have not been able to get out and run. Feet certainly didn't feel to flash at the start of this run.
Ran around a few streets in Randwick and then into Centennial Park and did a lap in there. Then ran out and ran up around the SFS and SCG and back home again.
Total was 14ks in 1:07:15. Average pace of 4:48 per klm.
Six Foot begins tomorrow.

Six foot begins tomorrow?!? Damn, I thought it was in March sometime! I have to work tomorrow ... have I missed it again?
