Cross Training

Course consisted of Long grass, short grass, very short grass, sand and rough.
Yes it was golf. 18 holes with my father this afternoon.
7klms of walking and dragging a cart. But 4hours on my feet.
And no injury sustained unlike the last time.
Going to Melbourne for work on Saturday for a few months so last round with my Dad for a while.

Good to see you didn't do your back in this time around. Really want to see you and Blue Dog go under 40 tomorrow. I was speaking to him on Wednesday and he is champing at the bit. He says he will take it out at a more sensible pace this time around and wants to get to the turnaround point in good shape to really hammer it home. I think that is the key to running Lane Cove well. As it is your last Striders 10km for a while, I think you are ready to take that big step up tomorrow. Good luck!
