Very windy, extremely humid and a thunderstorm brewing above my head.
I can't think of better conditions to do a speed session. Makes me push harder to hold form anyway.
6x1k Reps tonight. 3:33, 3:24, 3:32, 3:31, 3:30, 3:33. Had a walk/jog 90 second recovery between each.
Hard long run on Sunday hasn't hurt me too badly. Looks good for Saturday's race.

Once again, a great set of intervals. To hold the pace you do for 6 intervals as consistently as you do shows that you have the speed and endurance to smash 40 minutes on Saturday. Just remember to stay calm and not go out too hard, settle into a nice rhythm rolling along at 4 minute kms and then really bring it home on the downhills in the second half.
I just about manage that kind of interval session, so if you don't smash 40 tomorrow, there is something horribly wrong!
Thanks Guys, I am praying for a cool morning.
So much better to run in.
