Ok nothing much really.
Stepped outside about 7pm to go for a run. A moonless night meant the park was pretty dark and a cool southerly breeze had come through. So what was I wearing Shorts and Singlet of course.
Batfink and Eft-Pos were making heaps of noise in the park trees above my head.
Schedule was Walk 3 mins and then Run 10 mins, etc,etc...
Stopped at 52 minutes as I felt tired from a long day at work. And it is Friday night!
Managed to get through 8.15ks in the 52 minutes. Next Run maybe Sunday morning in Centennial Park.

Woohoo. That is great news Flakey.
Things are starting to look good for you Flake. Nearly up to an hour so that's a good sign. How's the leg feeling?
You're right SF - the timekeepers would get cranky waiting over an hour at a 10k CC race.
Hey!! I missed you as well. I was marshalling .... I was in a fluro orange vest~ you would not have missed me if you saw me :-) It was a great race!
Yes I learnt the hard way with my itb- do not run with pain. It is not pain that would stop me running but if I do not let it settle it won't take long to get that way! So I am going to swim, whicg I enjoy just don't usually have time to do, too busy running :-)
Are you running the novice next week? I will see you there if you are. I will keep my eyes open!
Keep it going SF. Looks like your coming along fine mate. Nothing stupid though !
Thanks for the cheers out at Mutch Park SF. I should be able to reciprocate for you soon by the look of your progress.
