A short run around Centennial Park and a bit extra around Moore Park. Didn't really need it after only doing a 10k race yesterday.
Legs felt fine and no niggles anywhere.
Ran 8ks in 42:12. Average pace of 5:16 per klm.

Yes, that was a bit soft. You could have done an easy 16 @ 5:30/km.
