Excellent running conditions. Driving rain, howling wind, branches on the ground, rivers running down the paths. Beautiful! Wasn't too bad except when the rain blew into my face, it stung a bit.
Ran around Centennial Park in the dark. It was fantastic.
Ran 7.2ks in 37:27. Average pace of 5:12 per klm.

Hmmm! Flakey you are a worry. I think you have been running tooooo much.
Sounds like perfect running conditions to me. Nothing better than running through big puddles like you did when you were a kid.
Know what you mean Superflake...I was the lone runner out there this morning, but boy did it feel good!! I wasn't sure about the sting either, and the closer I was to the coast the sand stinging in my eyes got a bit much, but it WAS fantastic - I agree :)
Hope your training is going well :)
Funrunner..
