An easy run around Centennial Park, Moore Park, the SCG and SFS. Not cold at all tonight. 14 degrees I believe.
Took it nice and easy with the race on Sunday.
Total was 10.05 klms in 50:33. Average pace of 5:01 per klm. Probably a bit quick, but really I was just out have an easy run. Didn't feel fast at all.

Do they still have West Met Saturday before C2S? Could be a good chance for a win.
