A mostly flat run around Centennial Park, Moore Park, SFS and SCG. Really humid again. Can't wait for the Southerly to come through tomorrow with some rain and hopefully cooler weather.
Total was 19ks in 1:27.07. Average pace of 4:35 per klm.
