Went for a run around Centennial Park.
Did 14.5ks in 66mins.
Have pain in the top of my right knee know.
Not sure if the muscle or something more sinister. Hope not.
Ice is on as I type this out.
May have to check with my doctor on Sat morning if I can get in.
