I've just realised that I never posted my goals for the year. How slack, it's now March.
Not really in any order at all. I'm putting the PB's that I had at the start of the year.
1. Sub 3 hour Marathon.(PB-3:16.32)
2. Sub 80 min Half Marathon. (PB-84:40)
3. Sub 37 min 10k. (PB-39:11) Current 38:31
4. Sub 17 min 5k. (PB-18:54) Current 18:38
5. Sub 5hr Six Foot Track. Done almost 5:02.05
6. Sub 55min City 2 Surf
7. Canberra 50k
Along the road I'll be running for the Striders during Winter as a registered Athlete again plus next summer on the track as well.
If I break my marathon PB it will qualify me to run Boston Marathon next year. Fingers crossed.

So is the plan in Canberra to run sub 3 for the mara and then continue on and finish the 50k? Got a goal time for the 50?
After such a good start with your SFT debut, I can see those goals being ticked off one by one. go for it Paul.

Are you going to do another Six Foot before the end of the year?
Interesting list. I'll rank them from easiest to hardest:
1. Canberra 50k (no time)
2. Sub 55 C2S
3. Sub 5hr Six Foot
4. Sub 3 hour Marathon
5. Sub 37 min 10k
6. Sub 80 min Half
7. Sub 17 min 5k (that is fast)
Like the look of that 5km goal, Flake. I think you need to pop down to Hickson Road on Thursday lunchtimes for some 1km reps for that one.
