Not very fast or long tonight as I was buggered from work. I guess no sense pushing hard with the track race this Saturday night.
Ran up to Anzac Pde and up past the SCG, SFS, and Fox Studios and back.
Ran 10.2ks in 53:22. Average pace of 5:13 per klm.
