Lovely cold Southerly blowing a few showers around the bay tonight. Not fun to run in actually.
And I think I was weighed down by my Melbourne Cup lunch.
Did a 2k warmup and a few strides before starting.
The reps were 1:34.2, 1:33.3, 1:34.7, 1:33.6, 1:34.5, 1:34.1. All done with a 2 min walk recovery between each rep.
Did a 2k Cool down after finishing.
