Pretty wet and wild out there tonight. Did a 2k warmup before starting. Pretty flat course around Centennial Park.
Managed 5.4ks in the 20 minutes. Average pace of 3:42 per klm. Killed me in the wind.
Did a 2k cool down after finishing.

That'd give you 11:07 for 3000m - I'm jealous.
Flying! For a fartlek session that's a great average pace.
Just as well you didn't spread your arms, you may have lifted off at that speed.
I just read Ewen's 3000m time on SpeedyGeoffs blog. 11:58 sounds preety good to me.
