Gym again. Geez I'm getting boring. I used to run once. blah, blah, blah.........
Set the bike for Random Hill. Finally got the time to move so set it for 30 minutes including a 2 minute cool down.
Finished with 14.2ks with an average heart rate of 147. And a peak of 178.
Those hills tonight were damn hard. I must be tired it was a struggle. No wonder the heart rate shot right up.
And nothing to look at. What's going on?

Keep it up 'Flake. You will come back a stronger athlete for it. Besides it's only 16 months to 6ft 2007 :-)

Hang in there Flake. You are doing great. It sounds as though the hill setting on the bike is hard work. It will certainly keep your cardio vascular up. You will be back running before you know it. But remember, it needs to be injury free.
Nah, you're not getting boring at all. What you are doing with all this bike talk is making me feel guilty about the amount of crosstraining I am doing (well, not doing really).
