A lap of Centennial Park by the full moon. A cool to run in but really it was excellent conditions tonight. Legs and lungs felt a bit sore. Just stuck mostly to the grass.
Total was 7.3ks in 41:40. Average pace of 5:42 per klm.

I flew into Sydney last night (Tuesday) for an overnight stop before yet another overseas junket..er..I mean taxing work trip. On our approach to land I saw the most amazing full red moon rising up from the eastern horizon.
It must have been something special to see that too when you are out running.
