Forgot to post it last night. Did an easy lap of Centennial Park sticking mostly to the grass where I could.
Ran 8ks in 40:50. Average pace of 5:06 per klm.

Wanted to let you know that I received an email from the Boston Athletic Association informing that registrations have opened for the 2008 Boston Marathon. Assume you are aware of this - http://www.bostonmarathon.org/
I would love to go back but I can't see it happening. It would be great to see you run there.
