Did a lap of the outside of Centennial Park down to Anzac Pde and back home. Nice an easy, nothing too stressful this week.
Did 7.4ks in 39:31. Average of 5:20 per klm.

That's the way Flakey, nothing too stressful. %:20 pace sound very stress free. I am glad there were no serious after effecrs from that little trip you took.
