Western Wanderer STaR 35ks

A run with the Striders 6:20am group this morning. A few showers heavy and light fell during the run. Saw Tucks at one stage around the waterfront in Abbotsford having a run.

Started at Drumoyne and ran through Five Dock, Chiswick, Abbotsford, Wareema, Cabarita, Concord, Canada Bay, Rodd Point, Rozelle and back to Drumoyne.

Total was 35.2 ks in 2:52.47. Average pace of 4:54 per klm. Felt very tired towards the end.

Flakey flakey flakey - you funny old thing.

Lil' Bluey told me you were out on the track again chasing a decent time and also your result.

Now you wouldn't dress a turtle in running spikes would ya?

Lol - you make me chuckle,

But I do admire your optimism and persistence.

Unfortunately your running sucks so bad at the moment that we hardly need gravity!

Cheers, Blue Dog's Mum.

Are you sure you saw Tux out running yesterday? Maybe you're talking about a different guy as I saw Tux out at Megalong yesterday.

Not surprised you were tired :-)

That's a great course, I did most of it the weekend before.

That's a nice flat course - perfect for track runners :)

Don't worry about Blue Dog's Mum - she's been on the cheap sherry again.
