Bike 11ks

Into the gym. Let the games begin.

Rode 11.62ks in 22minutes. Hard setting on the hills tonight. Damn hard work.
Average heart rate was 149BPM with a max of 174BPM.

Legs felt like jelly when I got off the bike. Had to stand hanging onto the bike for a few minutes as I felt like falling over.

Soon to be back running. I can feel it.

I am sure with all this bike work you will be a much stronger runner when you get back. Cycling also works your lower back which is good for core stability/strength.

Amazing that you can go fast even on the hill cycle. Awesome. :)

Talent reports mysteriously have also been missing lately. What's going on ;-)

Actually I do have a serious question for you - a few posts ago you mentioned a 'return to running after injury' program. Could you point me in the direction of it?
