Ran around Moore Park, the SCG with the lights on and the SFS and then back home.
8.9ks in 43:22. Average pace of 4:52 per klm. Very easy in the wind.

Looks like a nice easy week so far for you - probably kill me :)
Good luck for Sunday mate. I've just upgraded from the 9k to the Half so will try to get up onto the Cahill Expressway to give a shout as you go by.
