Temp of 18 degrees and humidity of 82%.
Ran 4 x 1k reps with a 90 second walk recovery.
Reps were pretty crap 3:55, 3:53, 3:58, 3:52.
I wanted them faster, but the hip is still sore and the air was so heavy.

Don't worry about your speed Superflake. It will come back. Just be consistent in your training like you were in the beginning of the year and you will see the results. This has been your best week of running in a while.
